PRIVACY POLICY OF “FEEDUP ECO” LLC

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is developed in accordance with Articles 13 and 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Law “On Personal Data” dated July 2, 2019 (hereinafter – the “Law”), and other regulations. The Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the website https://feedup.uz, the Feedup Mobile app, and the @feedupuz_bot Telegram bot operated by the Limited Liability Company “FEEDUP ECO” (hereinafter – the “Operator”).

The Operator processes personal data based on:

- Constitution of Uzbekistan (Articles 13, 44);

- Law “On Personal Data”;

- Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”;

- Public offer agreement with the User;

- Consent of the data subject.

- Accuracy and relevance;

- Limited retention periods;

- Confidentiality and security.

 

1. Processing Purposes

- Sale and purchase contract execution;

- Delivery and return processing;

- Transaction notifications;

- Marketing (with separate consent);

- Accounting and tax reporting;

- Analytics and service improvement;

- Ensuring information security.

- User-submitted: full name, phone, email, address, tokenized card data;

- Automatically collected: IP, device/browser type, cookies, geolocation, activity logs;

- Call/chat recordings with support.

 

1. Processing Conditions and Methods

- Automated and manual processing;

- Automated algorithms for delivery estimation and offers (no legal effect without human input);

- Non-disclosure agreements for employees;

- Transfer to partners (delivery/payment/hosting) under contracts.

- Allowed to countries with adequate data protection or upon written consent;
- Compliant with Article 14 of the Law.

- 5 years from the last interaction unless otherwise required by law;

- Measures: TLS encryption, multi-factor authentication, logging, regular audits and penetration tests;

- Security breach notification to the authority and user as required by law.
