Public Offer

PUBLIC OFFER

LLC “FEEDUP ECO”, TIN 310217554, located at: Tashkent, Chilanzar District, Al-Khwarizmi-1 block, building 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), hereby publishes this public offer to conclude a distance sales contract.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

Offer – this public contract.

Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms of the Offer by placing and/or paying for an Order via the Website, App, or Bot.

Website – the Seller’s online resource at https://feedup.uz.

Application (App) – the “Feedup Mobile” mobile application.

Bot – Telegram bot @feedupuz_bot.

Product – food, beverages, and other goods presented on the Website/App.

Order – a properly completed request by the Customer to purchase a Product.

Customer – an individual or legal entity that has placed an Order.

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Offer governs the relationship between the Seller and the Customer in the process of purchasing Products remotely.

2.2. By placing an Order, the Customer confirms their legal capacity, and their familiarity and agreement with the terms of the Offer.

2.3. The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall apply to the parties’ relations.

 

1. SELLER’S STATUS

3.1. The Seller sells Products at retail and ensures their quality and safety.

3.2. The Seller may involve third parties (delivery services, payment operators) to fulfill its obligations.

 

1. CUSTOMER’S STATUS

4.1. The Customer may be a legally capable individual over 18 years of age or their legal representative, or a legal entity.

4.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.

 

1. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER

5.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the selected Product to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept it under the terms of the Offer.

 

1. PROCEDURE FOR CONTRACT CONCLUSION

6.1. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer accepts the Offer.

6.2. Acceptance is carried out by clicking the “Place Order/Pay” button or by confirming payment in cash upon receipt.

 

1. PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCEDURE

7.1. The Customer selects Products on the Website/App/Bot, adds them to the Cart, and chooses payment and delivery methods.

7.2. After confirmation, the Order cannot be modified except as agreed by both parties.

 

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

8.1. Description, composition, price, and other information about the Product are provided on the Website/App.

8.2. The visual representation of the Product may slightly differ from the actual appearance.

 

1. PRODUCT PRICE

9.1. Prices are indicated in Uzbek sums, including taxes.

9.2. The total cost of the Order is confirmed at the time of placement.

1. PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT

10.1. Accepted payment methods:

• Online payment by bank card;
• Electronic payment systems;
• Cash or card payment to the courier.

10.2. An Order not paid within 15 (fifteen) minutes after placement may be automatically canceled by the Seller without further notice to the Customer.

10.3. In the case of partial cancellation, refunds for undelivered items shall be made within 10 working days via the same payment method used.

 

1. PRODUCT DELIVERY

11.1. Delivery is made to the address specified within the service coverage zones. 11.2. Average delivery time is 30–60 minutes but may vary due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control.

11.3. The risk of accidental loss of the Product passes to the Customer upon transfer.

 

1. PRODUCT RETURNS

12.1. Return of food products of proper quality is not allowed (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 61).

12.2. In case of poor quality, the Customer may request a replacement or refund by notifying the Seller within 24 hours of receipt.

12.3. Refunds are made using the same payment method within 10 business days after reviewing the Customer's request.

12.4. All product quality complaints can be submitted to support at +998 71 200 22 11 or email: feedupuzb@gmail.com before taking legal action.

 

1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

13.1. The Seller shall:

• Provide accurate information about the Product;
• Deliver the Product of proper quality within the agreed timeframe;
• Consider reasonable complaints.

13.2. The Seller has the right to:

• Refuse to fulfill an Order if delivery is not possible, notifying the Customer;
• Change prices, product range, and delivery conditions by posting updates on the Website.

13.3. The Customer shall:

• Provide current contact information;
• Pay for the Order;
• Accept the Product at the agreed time.

13.4. The Customer has the right to:

• Receive information about the Product and Order status;
• Cancel the Order before it is handed over for delivery;
• Make complaints if the terms of the Offer are violated.

 

1. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

14.1. The parties are liable for non-performance of obligations in accordance with the law.

14.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or third-party actions.

 

1. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — through court at the Seller’s location.

15.2. The Offer may be revoked by the Seller at any time without prior notice.

15.3. This Offer becomes effective upon publication on the Website and remains valid indefinitely until revoked by the Seller.

 

 

1. CUSTOMER’S CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

16.1. By placing an Order, the Customer confirms their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at: https://feedup.uz.

16.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Offer. Acceptance of the Offer also implies the Customer's consent to the Policy terms.

 

1. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

17.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance due to force majeure events including, but not limited to: natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, mass disturbances, failures in power or internet networks.

17.2. The party affected by force majeure must notify the other party within 3 (three) calendar days from its occurrence.
